DELIVERY TIMES

All orders placed are confirmed by a Kasy.bg employee on the phone number specified by the customer between 9:30 and 18:30 and the day of delivery is specified. We ask customers who have not received feedback from our employee within 24 hours after placing an order to call the specified phone number 0886 100 352.

We would like to inform you that NOT all products offered in our online store are kept in constant stock. We work with a wide network of importers and suppliers who provide us with up-to-date information on stock once a week.
For this reason, in rare cases, there may be a delay in delivery or an item may not be available at the time of order.
We ask for your understanding and patience in such situations. We will contact you promptly to inform you and offer alternative options if necessary.

Orders and requests placed on non-working days are processed on the first working day.

Sofia–city
- orders placed by 10:00 every working day from Monday to Friday, depending on the customer's choice, delivery is made on the same day or the next day.

- orders placed after 10:00 from Monday to Thursday, delivery is made on the next working day. Delivery is made on a working day between 9:30 and 18:00.

A fixed delivery time in the range of 9:30 to 18:00 is paid additionally.
Delivery to an office of the courier company Econt Express – 6-7 BGN (for a product up to 60 BGN and a weight up to 1 kg.)

Delivery is carried out as standard from one to three working days.

Information about the number of the waybill with which the goods were sent will be sent to the email address you provided immediately after your shipment is handed over to the courier.

CASH RECEIPT

For the payment made by the client, the postal operator that carried out the delivery issues a receipt for a postal money transfer with the value of the amount due. This receipt is a legally recognized document, exempting the merchant from the obligation to issue fiscal receipts.
In case you have not received this document, you can contact the courier who delivered the goods to you or the offices of the courier company directly.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PURCHASED GOODS:

Within 14 days after receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return or exchange them, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. Original packaging preserved (Art. 50, para. 1 of the ZPA)
2. There is no damage to the packaging.
3. The transport costs for returning the goods are at the expense of the customer.
